RE: When did you start into rc?
I started when I was about 12 in control line with a ring master and fox 35. I am 72 at present and holding. I flew until about age 19, went off to college and then got married. Hobby was on hold for about 25 years. I am back in the hobby and flying almost evey day in the summer if weather will cooperate. I have two grandsons and one granddaughter that goes flying with me once in awhile. I joined a club about 3 years ago and that was the best thing I have done regarding the hobby. Would recommend that to everyone. At present as I type this I am watching it rain for several days in a row with winds in the +30's. So doing some building. I enjoy scratch building. So, my advice is get a young person involved in the hobby.
