Not that it really matters, but I actually did retire after 21 years of Army service to a little ranch in Arizona's Sonora Desert. Horses, cattle (yes, even some Herefords!), Jeeps, and a couple to RC tanks to humor me and my wife. I still work for the Army as a civilian, but that's a story for another day. Many years, battles, wounds (some nearly fatal),deployments, and overseas tours have left my body fifty percent disabled . . . so says the VA . . .but one hundred percent grateful for every sunrise and every breath of fresh air. Over the years I've buriedmanyclose friends while on active duty, which helps one gain perspective. I love living onmy little ranch in Arizona andI thoroughly enjoy the great guys who share their wisdom and wit in this forum. You dudes rock!
Now, about those Spartan sandals . . .
