I have an MK Laser 200 KIt. 2 sets of plans. I will consider selling it if I get a decent offer. I have built two of them already and they are the best flying kits I have laid hands on.
My laser was heavily modified. because 9 pounds to me is like flying a brick. It finished it in at 6.5 pounds ready to fly. I originally took it up on its maiden flight with a Saito 80 golden knight. Flew terrific. Got a wild hair and added an O.S. 120 pumped(This added about 1/2 a pound to the flying weight) and well, that made it almost hand launchable. I enhanced the tail feathers, made them larger and beefed them up so I didn't have to add the flying wires(metal rods actually). This helped balance the lighter Saito .80 four stroke. I strongly suggest a pull/pull rudder and elevator.
Back to the Kit. I have opened the box and removed the decaying rubber bands from the wood. All the original hardware is in the box. This is NOT a novice builders kit. Lots of wood, lots of patience, lots of carving, and tons of DUST. But when you are standing at the flying field and you are asked what part of China did your plane come from, you can laugh and say made in America
Again if you are interested in this kit. Shoot me an email and if your price is good I will reply back.
Thanks
