Yes, THis was a big misunderstanding, and sometimes humor doesn't text so well.

Eveyone involved has a history of mature contributions, and I think if you read the text to a Monty Python skit, the humor would be lost as well.

I handshake and a jovial pat on the back should be all that is required to make this all go away.

PS a good example of how text messaging can get you into trouble. Not only does it have to be written, but also received in the "spirit" it was written. The "spirit" part is the part that gets lost in translation sometime
