If I may chime in , I'm not a Democrat, and I was able to follow Kclank from his first post. He was merely asking for any thoughts on pursuing an evolution/extension of the RCCommand electronics approach. I was appalled by the criticism he had to take that was completely off topic. I too have seen where many posters here cannot maintain focus into the second statement without losing track of the intent. I had to be very patient myself in the past on some non controversial/mundane topics that have gotten off topic.

I would propose we all show respect for others on this forum and work together to encourage free flow of ideas and knowledge. If you are a regular on this forum, hopefully you have determined who the positive contributors are and can show respect with humor for them. Now there are some posters who probably don't deserve as much respect, but before you start flaming or criticizing it would be best to consider how you would like to be treated online before doing so.

I'm not taking sides, lets just be civilized and polite.

BTW I wonder of Kclank is an engineer. I too am one, and his statements are very logical and clear.
