That done, I noticed Ali mentioned, way back in post #2, about fastening the cockpit tubs to the canopy. I'm wanting to do this with my L-39 canopy and cockpit tubs, making it one removable unit. I've been scratching my head over the best way to do this. I'd initially thought about using Hysol to glue the tubs on, but that seems too permanent. I've since been trying to figure out a way to make it possible to disassemble the tubs from the cockpit if the need arises.

If anyone has done this and can shed some light on the way they made the cockpit and canopies one unit, I'd appreciate it.
