BIG BIRD FLY-IN, FT LAUDERDALE JUNE 17-19TH

The Markham Park Pilots Association will be hosting a Big Bird event, EVERGLADES GIANTS on June 18-19 with a practice day on June 17th at Markham Park in Sunrise/Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Most of the event info is on the flyer as well as contact numbers for the CDs.
Our Park has a campground with hook ups (reservations through Markham Park required), a gun range, mountain bike trails, personal watercraft areas, tennis and racquetball courts, a pool and an observatory that is open to the public on Saturday nights. And of course our 55 acre airfield with 750 ft paved runway, pavilion w/110v outlets, pit tables and we have real mens and ladies restrooms.
There are also several hotels nearby in Sunrise and Weston.
Bonus to family members: the world's 2nd largest outlet mall is only 5 minutes away and it's 25 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale beach! [8D]
