TT .91 Pro (2-stroke) vs. ST .90
I did a quick search and didnt see any posts about the Thunder Tiger Pro .91BB 2-stroke engine. Has anyone ran this engine and have any RPM numbers? I'm between this engine and a Super Tigre .90 (probably S90K if I can find one) but the price difference between the TT .91Pro and even a ST G90 is over $100. I want to know if the $100 price difference is worth it or not. Looking to spin up to 13" props, no larger. Current engine is turning a APC 13x6 at 10,400rpm and I'd like to turn this prop (or higher pitch) at 12,000rpm or so. (This is for an Airboat, not a Plane.) I'm not opposed to spinning a smaller prop faster if it will move the boat faster. I get 32MPH with 13x6 at 10,400rpm.
