One of my friends got a boat from this old guy that lives next to him. He asked me to get it running and tune it up for him. I got it going and started driving it around and it died several times. It was running too rich. Normal stuff. I started it again and tuned it again. Set it in the water and drove it around. Died again. I got it back and i realized that the prop was about to fall off! I looked at it and realized that a peice of the outdrive had come completely off! A bit of metal had broken out right where the drive cable and the prop connected revealing the end of the drive cable. Now i guess i have to replace the WHOLE BOTTOM peice. Why did it break off and where can i get a replacement part?
