Nice video! Regarding flaps, I use Flap15 for takeoff, Flap40 for landing, and mine flies almost identical to Todd's. Landing speed is slower than most trainers! Looks like he's using wire U/C, but I use the Dreamworks set made for the Falcon, and highly recommend.
