You picked two of the best motors for this plane! A gerd motor is to prefer for high performance planes.
There are also Razor motors, you can get them with the same Maxon gearbox as the Hacker, and I hear they are good too...but I have no experience from them.
I´ve flown a B20 15L 8x500AR L3D, it was on the heavy side, the "3D" pard were not there
so I think a li-po battery would be a good choice. Etec 1200 3s2p and a B20 15L 4:1 swinging a 10x4,7 would be my choice.
