I don't have any specific guidance, but I figure buying lipos off ebay is just like buying anything else off ebay. Pay close attention to the seller's feedback, make sure you read the description very carefully (
so something like this does not happen to you) and pay via a credit card or some other means that allows you to place the purchase in dispute should things go wrong.
