Default jeti controller

One more question! I am using a 70 Opto plus Jeti controller for my Miss Wind with a Turnigy 50-65 motor (380 KV). A couple of years ago I used this in edf application very successfully. I do have the Jeti Programming card. It only has 5 options (besides battery type):

High and low cut off voltage, Timing (low and high), Brake (on or off), Throttle curve (linear or logarith), Cut Off type (hard or slow down).

I assume the new controllers have more options, what is the best way to set this up?
