There isn't much ''meat'' at the tail to mount the stab to. If mishandled, this would make it easy to break off. When a person goes to put it back together, it could change the angle of attack if not careful.
It's easy to do when not paying close enough attention.

Thanks for the info, I agree, the tail area does need attention from what I have seen of the design. As stated before I intend to beef up a bit and bamboo pin the rudder. There will also be the addition of a filet that will blend stab and rudder togeather and I am not talikng about a piece of angle stock, tacky looking to me.
