It was the same deal even when I upgraded from my 10X to the 12X....no auto copy or transfer of models. FWIW, there is a pretty good article (I wrote it ), in the Winter 2009 issue of Contrails that desctibes a methodology to transfer the programming. Takes a little effort but it works.
