I solved my problem today. I ran the fuel line up and over the back of engine to make it higher. That stopped the fuel drippping from carb. I also put a Sullivan glow starter on plane and adjusted it to stay on until 1/2 throttle. The engine now is very smooth at all RPM and idles down and sit there forever and not stall.
