You didn't state size or make of the prop but if it's a good one then I do what LN said. A couple weeks ago I took off the tip of a 15X6 APC prop. I reshape them and balance then toss them in my box, I use them if I don't have a replacement when I'm out in the field. That one just looks like a little end nip so check it out good and do as LN said.
