My first Leo build not have recoil, but this second build will. This is a preview look and next month I will have more how to photos to post showing the trunnion, etc., as work on this Leopard 1 A4 progresses. The effort uses the Tamiya Pershing recoil unit with aluminum prototype parts fabricated by Daryl Turner. Pretty sure Daryl Turner will offer a Leo recoil kit for the Leo Turret, a trunnion setup, plus a semi built metal barrel parts kit (flash capable). I believe DT will also offer some type of spring loaded return rear idler system, gearbox mount brace and perhaps a how to on adding bearings to the Tamiya Leo A4's kit road wheels.
