RE: ESM FW D-9
In this picture, I’ve mounted the cowl ring. I removed some of the wood for air flow and used a set of 10-32 blind nuts as the instructions wanted you to use some wood screws to hold the cowl to the fuse. You can see the section I removed to the side of the cowl. I mounted the two rings together to make sure proper fit when I mount this to the fuse, they are not glued together. I'll aeropoxy the ring in the cowl later.
