Had a similar problem with my SPE 40cc ignition module and i bought the Rcexl ignition unit from hobby king for $33.59. They are one of the best brands of ignition units and my engine is running better than it ever has!! so same item as himodels, half the price. Just make sure you get the right boot for the type of plug your engine is using. I didn't hand had to replace the boot. no biggy, just not plug and play.
