When I was living in the central valley of California, I would go to the field on Saturday morning and there would be no one there. It was a perfect time for me to practice. I could fly at least 5-6 times before anyone else would arrive. So to answer your question, I couldn't get anyone to wake up that early on a Saturday morning.
