Mini C Airboat
Had an extra Mini C hull not doing anything so thought I would do an airboat out of it. Took everything out of it except the strudder. Decided to use it as a the rudder. Built a motor mount to bolt an Align 1000kv motor to. Turned the 6x5 prop around to make into a pusher. Mounted the Exceed 30amp esc under the hatch. Cut open the inner hull where the battery mount was to allow easier positioning of the battery both 2s or 3s. Tactic rx up front. Also cut brass shaft tube. Had to install weight on left forward side to straighten up how the hull sits in the water. Also filled front of hull with flotation foam. Isn't real fast but does look good on the water. Will post vid when I can get one.
