Default RE: New Krill Spark Evo I- Build Thread.....

Hello Dave,

I have about 90 flights with my Evo and I must say that it is one of the best flying planes out there.
Cause of the smaller ailerons compared to the older Spark it snaps a little less then the older Spark but with full aileron and a 38mm horn it does the trick.
Flying is much smoother en precise, integrated figures like rolling loops are much easier.
Also the rudder feeling is much improved with the curve shaped rudder.

Current setup:
Hacker C50-14XL
Schulze 32.80KA
Mezlik 21x13E
Hyperion 25C 5000 10S packs
JR8811 on rudder
JR3328 on elevator
JR8231 on ailerons

Using around 40% expo on ailerons and elevator and about 80% on the rudder.
Differential is -24% for perfect rolls.

Flightbattery is just behind the landing gear as I like the c.g a little backwards, pretty much the same as the older Spark.

Last week I mounted a big Axiome like canalizer on the canopy and it seems that the plane flies better with strong winds, less shakey.
Currently setting up different flightmodes for snaprolls, spin and stallturn..

Cheers,

Roy
