Default RE: any of you ever get surgery?

ORIGINAL: Stickbuilder

Coughing is what the pillow is for. I had a Quadruple bypass in December 2010. Sneezing is not something you even want to think about.

How long did it take you to rest up from your Hospital stay? If you go to the Hospital, don't plan on getting any rest. They would come into my room at 2 am and wake me up to give me a sleeping pill.

I still have my pillow, signed by all my nurses.

My hospital stay was pretty good actually, except for one nurse that was always in a hurry, she ended up hurting me pretty badly trying to help me move up in bed. All of the others kept me pretty comfy.
I had a real hard time getting rest sleeping in my recliner. But finally managed my first real nights sleep after being home a week.

I was in the hospital for 5 days and ready to come home, had passed everything, breathing thing, walking, poo, blah, blah, blah. Was going to get out in record time. That night I spiked a fever of 102 and had developed pneumonia. So on the ninth day I was cleared and released. Returned to work after 7 weeks total.
