I got it now, I thought the dowel didnt move....... makes way more sense now......thank you for your patience
You can make a slot in the part that the dowel goes through...and use a small bolt & wing nut to adjust the tension...that is how hard the dowl turns. Got to go. Its time to have some fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
