OK, I can't imagine a flying club where everyone is a disgusting individual. That just doesn't happen. There are too many great people in this hobby. I would never quit this hobby just because I may be around someone I didn't like. Every facet of life has people someone can't get along with. But not everyone quits their job, quits going to church, or stops flying just because there is someone around they don't like.
(of course if I were the one nobody liked I might rethink)
