Seaducer conversion: worth it?
Hi all,
I have a 40-size Seaducer mono hull (3-4 lbs) that originally had (still has) a Picco .45. It was great, until houses started showing up around all the ponds, so it hasn't been out of the garage for quite a while.
My question for all of you experts is: is it worth-while to convert this hull to electric, or should I just sell it and get something designed for electric power?
My general observations so far:
Pros:
hull already rigged (sub-surface drive)
boat in-hand
Cons:
motor mount not set for electric
open top, no cover
must figure out motor/esc combo
thoughts? suggestions?
Thanks!
