Now I need to decide what to build to fly for next year as I haven't built a pattern plane since 1980. I've been all electric for about 4 years now but I'd probably want to do glow.

Itoo am building my first new pattern airplane in over 20 years. Ihave a Conquest IV that Ipurchased in about 1989 to replace my Atlanta but never completed. It has been safely sitting in the rafters since 1990. Iam considering building it with E-Power because, like you, Ihave only flown electric that last few years.
Istarted a thread on it in RCG to share my experience and gain insight from others. You may want to consider e-power as well.
