It is obviously built using Asiatam parts. It also does seem to be a cost effective way to get an HL tank with what I consider a Must have improvement on the HL line.
All these upgrades are packaged in a complete unit, which is by far more practical than buying and installing all the components at varying prices and helps cut down on numerous shipping costs and the inevitable delays we all know happen.
