If you're going to go racing, look into the SC10 4x4 and the Losi Ten SCTE. Both are far better trucks than the SCRT10 or the Hyper for not much of a price jump (at least here in the US). The SCTE and SC10 4x4 are both tougher and better handling trucks than the Hong Nor and HoBao trucks, at least on this side of the pond. Parts availability may be sketchy for you in Taiwan, however.
Most any SCT body will fit most any SCT; ThunderbirdJunkie has the Pro Line Desert Rat for the Slash on his SC10 4x4.

Opinion 
My Hyper 10 has yet to be beaten by either of the trucks he suggested. They are not better, just different. So far, the "Differences" haven't made them any faster. Its 90% driver, 10% truck. If you can drive, the Hyper or the Jammin are great trucks. If you can get them at a good price, with good parts support, then your choice is clear.
