This tank is near by my house, please notice that there are no struts on 3rd& 4th wheel.

Wow.......I never noticed that before! I wonder why there aren't any shock absorbers (struts) on those road wheels. That seems very strange.
All of the wheels also have torsion bar suspensions. The struts support the tank body and dampen the springs. Same concept as the struts in a car.
Mergen, nice work so far. Looks like a challenging build.
