You can also watch eBay for servos in particular. It's a little more difficult finding receivers, but....

Futaba Rx's and servos are compatible with your Hitec, and most other servos are as well.

I've seen standard size and torque servos go for $8.00 each, but you're not likley to get any deals on a receiver. Just go to FMA or Servo City, or... for the Rx.
