I talked to a lady named Natasha through email and she helped me out so I enjoyed their service and wanted to do business with them. They have a great price but it wasnt a full option kit. But thats fine as I want to use elmod.

Its tricky being canadian as most venders are international and I didnt want to pay an arm and a leg with duty taxes.

I recommend to you Stellamodels. Im not too sure how much shipping is but the full option tiger I tamiya kit is US 600. Hopefully shipping isnt the same :P
