Rusty took some pictures of his Tipo and a Spark nose to nose at the FVAC pattern contest last weekend and asked me to post them, about 30 years of evolution in pattern planes.

Thats remarkable! Having flown both for many years I can say that these new ones are easier. The noise factor and the speed out of Rusty's Tipo and the Phoenix's at Rusty's contest were incredible though. There is a certain intangible that is missing in today's planes.
