I agree with Mr.Paris and am glad he started second thread on the shipping funds issue. Was not some of the money sent( now being kept against his wishes) for the DLE engine for shipping??? Why can he not apply funds he sent for shipping towards shipping on this order?? I'm going thru the same thing with another Chinese company for electric motor backordered and warrenty issue on one just received. I can't even get a response to my very polite emails. I think Chinese have watched our American companys rip us off,cry and whine until they are bailed out by the American Taxpayer,and then go right back ripping us off and throwing parties to celebrate. Chinese say,hey this looks good to us,lets ride the same gravy train.[:'(]
