I'm thinking about building one as an Army Grasshopper and putting in an old OS 26 four stroker! SIG Cubs can be built very lightweight. They don't need big engines. I have one built, ready for paint and converted into a PA-12 Super Cruiser. It will have an OS 53 four stroker in it. That should be more than enough power to tow small sailplanes, too!
