Sorry to hear about that. Not sure what happened but you shouldn't over tighten the bolts. Just snug them up with a little muscle and that's it. Can't crank on them like metal bolts. Also can't leave them too loose or they back out. With that said, never had one break of back out on 4 EF planes. Or any other plane for that matter. It's a good idea to replace the wing bolts after a few years....but...I have an Extra on season 4 with the same bolts. So they are pretty tough.
