Glued the tail on. Used a little tape to hold it square. It kept wanting to twist out about 1/4" Measured from the outside of the wing where the tip of the aileron lands. There's a sharp corner there. 40 and 1/8" from that tip to the trailing edge corner of the stab.

I got one side hinged and finished the linkage. I'll work on the other elevator half and the rudder tomorrow.
