Jeez guys, expecially Never Enough, you are comparing these guys to small children. These are not children, these are MEN. Don't you guys get it, a MAN should respect another MAN's property. They were told ONCE, that should have been enough.
18 and 19 year old "men" can still be very childish. I have friends older than that who I wouldn't trust with my RC stuff for just that reason. You can only HOPE for a certain level of maturity out of somebody, you can't EXPECT anything

I'm sorry people, but when I was 19 I was no longer living with my parents, was going to college AND had a full time job
Living in a dorm/apartment and paying for college. You are far from the minority in that situation.

I guess with this generation, you have to be 35 and no longer living with Mommy and Daddy to be considered a MAN.
Oh please. If you're making a statement like this, it means that you don't have a clear enough memory of what "men" were like during your generation. Nothing has changed, just your memory of the details.

And I suppose it was ok for them just to leave without even offering to help me clean up.
Was it OK? Yes. Was it polite? Not really. When hosting a party, you shouldn't expect the guests to clean up when the party is over. It would be nice if they offered to lend a hand, but you can by no means expect it. I see this as being a very similar situation.

I wouldn't lay ALL the blame on your shoulders. You were hoping for a certain level of maturity that just wasn't there. Things spiraled out of control. It happens. This was a good learning experience that only cost you $100 or so.
