RE: Astro-Hog Build
A razor saw was used to start the hinge slots, it went so quickly. To hinge the ailerons, strips were glued to a block to hold the aileron in position with the TE raised and to guide the saw blade at the centerline height. To hinge the wings, other strips were stacked to once again guide the saw blade at the centerline height. The notched #11 blade does a good job of cleaning out the slots when pulled backwards and outwards. It was notched with a Dremel composite cut-off wheel.
