Rubber Cap??? You mean they have a rubber cap for these things!!!!!!!!!!!! Seems that would remove all the excitement and thrills but I can see there use if stuffed into a back pack. You wouldn't feel the heat as fast, wonder how long it would take before you noticed the smoke!!
