Default RE: AE SC10 4x4 Build

Thanks for the assist guys. This is the drive-train I pretty sure I am going to go with. I took your advice and mixed it with my personal preference for AE products. The AE drive-train in TRF416 treated me will and I like to stick with what I know. Also for whatever reason I generally like to stick with one brand when I build. My XXX-T CR is all Losi too. I know there were way better options out there but I just couldn't help it. I like the ease of programming with the Losi gear but the quality isn't on par from what I could tell with the little bit of experience I had. Anyway....here it is...

I'm fairly positive that is the setup I am going to run. I figured if the Vector 5.5 proved to be to hard to handle at first I could pull it for awhile and run something more tame...then when ready throw the Short Course speedster back in. I've always used Futaba servos but I figured I would try an XP. The only part still up for debate is the battery. If I don't get the Reedy I am going to go with an Orion "Carbon Pro" 6500mAh 7.4V 90C pack. My other Orion Carbon has been great and the new 90C Carbon Pro series look like the battery to beat these days. But...I wanted to keep in line with my all AE theme...and save a bit of cash in the process...those Pro Carbons aren't exactly cheap.

I'll probably be ordering up everything in the next few days or so. Figure I'll do a bit more surfing and see if anything jumps out at me.

Thanks again for the help.
