If you roll over your tank , the smoke fluid spill might be the least of your concern !!!...
In my mini-smoker design ; the fluid would leak through the 1/8 " vent hole ( between the box and the fan ) ...
In any case you wouldn't flood the place because the full unit is the content of that syringe .....
