No, they don't. They are very different, and the head for one won't fit the other. Unfortunately, we'd not know where you'd be able to locate a cylinder head for an O.S. Max .40 VR engine. Inquire through the RCU marketplace, and search through internet sales sites, you may be able to find the part or a "parts" engine.
