RE: Wing incidence??
As best as I was able to measure incidences from the plan, the wing is set at 0.2 degrees positive while the stab is aligned along the flat top datum and hence at 0 degrees.
Being a sport model, the Tsunami appears to be set at pretty close to 0-0-0 or the wing might be set at a slight positive incidence. I think it really amounts to trimming the model out in flight. Since it is a conventional gear model, the model lifts off readily before the wing actually reaches 0 degrees incidence during takeoff.
However, relative to the thrust line, your model is either 0.5 degrees positive wing and 0 degrees stab OR 0.5 degrees negative stab and 0 degrees wing. It sounds like if your datum is at 0 (the fuse top which is also the thrust line incidence), you might have negative incidence in your stab which will result in an "up elevator" effect.
I'd try it as is and adjust as necessary after flying it. You might also need to adjust your engine thrust offset.
I do doubt you'll get much traction out of a model like this (any classic for that matter) as a 3D model but then I'm no 3D pilot.

P.S. BTW, I'd be interested in seeing your airfoiled tail setup.
