Default What's the difference?

If you're set on getting a micro I'd say go with the Hummingbird mainly because I like the little differences in the head assembly making it more durable and require less upgrades. Plus it comes with bearings and pre assembled for your pleasure... I don't think it's a good idea to start with a cp micro, micro's are enough of a challenge to learn on without any added frustration. You can always upgrade the Hummngbird to cp later if you wish. Eco Piccolo flies simlarly and quality is about the same, I just feel that the Piccolo needs a couple more hop ups (ie. aluminum head so your bearings don't fly and and upgrade anti rotation arm, stock one is as super flimsy and breaks easily) those are not a concern on the Hummingbird.

Otherwise, you may have heard it before but I can tell you right now, the Lite Machines Corona is the way to go to start, it is a whole lot more stable and very durable and can be flown outdoors in light winds without getting thrown everywhere like a micro would. In my opinion, it's just all together a lot more fun to fly. The advantage of the micro is it's size though allowing you to hover in a much smaller area indoors.
