Do I need a special bind plug or can I use (don't know the name) one of those things that can go into a receiver with the wire coming out of one section on the top and loops around to another section of the top?

Do you know what I'm talking about. If not I will take a photo of it so you know exactly what I'm talking about but I think you may know.
