If you are 72 meg how close is the transmitter when you are checking the airplane? Now if you are overdriving the receiver all you have to do is check the flaps.....
If that is good you could have a couple of bad servos on one end or the other of your y leads.....or a bad lead....reseat the battery lead to the receiver a couple of times.....
