The torroid I use measures .5" od .3 Id .187 high. It's a standard size.
My ignitions all work perfectly. In my parts listing for constructing my ignition, there is a Ferroxcube partnumber that I use. If not available, I use anything close to the size with great results.
Been building the same ignitions fo over 25 years with no problems in my original design.
