Default Should I put threadlock on propeller nut?

Hi,

It's my first time build the 57" extra 330 SC electric 3D plane. I am using a 16x 8 APC E-prop and hacker A40-12L set up. The motor gives about 1100W max and 7000 rpm with this prop. I am wondering if I should use threadlock on the prop nut. Another thing is what should be the torque on the nut to be sure the prop don't fall off? It's my first time building this size plane and I am a bit nervous. My past experiences are with small scale electric planes. Any info would be greatly appreciated
